How our pricing works
The rate on each card is the monthly rent for that size at that property. Move-in costs — any administrative fee, deposit, lock or protection-plan requirement — are confirmed at the office, because they can change. Call before you come out and we will tell you the total so there are no surprises at the counter.
Why the same size can cost different amounts
A 5×10 at Pafford is $65 and a 5×10 at 8th Avenue is $70. Same footprint, different property, different building. And within a property you will occasionally see two units with the same dimensions at different rates — that is an alternate or specialty configuration, and we have flagged each one so you can ask about it rather than guess.
