Between leases, waiting on a closing, downsizing or mid-renovation. Drive-up units from $65 a month at two south Fort Worth properties.
Almost every move has a gap in it somewhere. The lease ends before the new one starts. The closing moves a week. The floors are not done. The new place is smaller than the old one and you have not decided what goes yet.
Storage is how you stop that gap from turning into a crisis. Book the unit before the truck is loaded, not the morning after you realise you need one — the sizes people want most are also the ones that go first.
Both of our properties are drive-up, ground level. You back the truck to the roll-up door and carry things ten feet, instead of pushing a cart down a corridor and waiting on an elevator. On a day when you are paying movers by the hour, that is not a small detail.
From a studio's worth of things to a five-bedroom house.
Roughly the footprint of a large closet. Typically suitable for a studio apartment, a dorm move-out or a mattress set plus boxes.
A long, narrow space. Typically suitable for a one-bedroom apartment, a sofa and bedroom set, or business inventory on shelves.
Typically suitable for a larger one-bedroom apartment, a small two-bedroom, or a business that needs walk-in room.
Typically suitable for a two- or three-bedroom home, a renovation, or a business storing inventory and equipment.
Typically suitable for a larger household move or substantial business storage.
One of the largest spaces we rent. Typically suitable for a three- to five-bedroom home, or business and contractor storage.
Nothing revolutionary. It just makes the day shorter.
Call and reserve a size. Ask what the move-in cost is so there are no surprises.
Box what you will not need. Label the side of the box, not the top — you will be looking at sides.
Heavy and flat at the back, light on top, leave an aisle down one side if you will need to get in.
Photograph the loaded unit. It takes ten seconds and settles any question later.

Two to four weeks is comfortable. Late spring and the end of any month are the busy periods around Fort Worth — if your move lands there, call earlier.
Lease terms are set at the office and we would rather confirm than promise. Call with your dates and we will tell you exactly how short a stay we can do.
A two- or three-bedroom home usually needs a 10×15. Three to five bedrooms is normally a 10×30. If you are between, size up — a second trip costs more than the extra rent.
Both properties are drive-up, so most people load straight from the vehicle. Equipment availability varies — call the location and ask before you rely on it.
Access arrangements are handled at the office. Call before moving day and tell us who will be coming, and we will tell you what needs to be in place.
Still not sure? Call the location nearest you and ask — you will get a person, not a phone tree.
Call either property with your dates and the size you think you need.
