Ecommerce & inventory
Stock that has outgrown a spare room, packing supplies, returns and seasonal surges.
Inventory, records, equipment and overflow — in a space you can scale up or down, without signing a commercial lease. Two south Fort Worth properties, drive-up loading, rates from $65 a month.
The problem with commercial space is that you have to guess. You sign for three years based on what you think you will need, and then you either pay for room you are not using or run out of it in month eight.
A storage unit is the opposite. If the inventory doubles, take a bigger one. If it halves, take a smaller one. In the meantime you are paying a couple of hundred dollars a month for square footage instead of several thousand, and you can back a van up to the door.
We are not trying to replace your warehouse. We are a practical answer for the stage before you need one — and for the stuff that never needs to sit in a warehouse at all.
What local Fort Worth businesses actually keep in our units.

Archived paperwork you are required to keep but do not need on site.
Furniture, art and staging inventory between listings.
Samples, displays and literature, close to your route instead of in your vehicle.
Tables, decor, signage and equipment that only comes out part of the year.
Tools, boxed supplies and materials between jobs.

Typically suitable for a larger household move or substantial business storage.
A deep drive-up space. Typically suitable for long items, contractor materials or bulk business inventory.
One of the largest spaces we rent. Typically suitable for a three- to five-bedroom home, or business and contractor storage.
We would rather be clear up front than have you find out at the counter.
A storage unit is for storage. It is not an office, a workshop, a retail space or a place to run a business from. We do not offer commercial occupancy, and hazardous materials cannot be stored.
Access hours, whether staff or drivers other than you can get in, and whether deliveries can be received are all handled at the office — call and ask before you build a process around it.
If any of that is a dealbreaker, tell us on the phone. We will say so rather than sign you up.

It depends on how much you are holding and whether you need to walk in. A 5×15 handles shelved stock; a 7×15 or 10×15 gives you room to move around; 7×30, 13×20 and 10×30 spaces suit bulk inventory and equipment.
No. Self-storage units are for storage. You are welcome to pick up and drop off stock, but units are not offices, workshops or retail space.
Access arrangements are handled at the office. Call and explain how your crew needs to get in and we will tell you what is possible at each property.
Ask the office before you have anything shipped. Delivery handling is not something we can promise without talking it through first.
Still not sure? Call the location nearest you and ask — you will get a person, not a phone tree.
Call either property and tell us what you are storing. We will tell you the size and the cost in about a minute.
