Our newer-looking property, with wide concrete drive aisles, a gated entrance and keypad access. This is the location with the widest range of larger units.
A-1 Self Storage sits on W. Pafford Street in south Fort Worth, a few minutes from TCU, Near Southside and the neighborhoods along Hemphill and 8th Avenue. It is the larger and newer-looking of our two properties: white metal buildings, green roll-up doors, wide concrete drive aisles and a gated entrance you open with your own keypad code.

Our management system lists a few units at this property under the same footprint but a different rate. That usually means something physical is different — the door, the interior layout, or an electrical listing. We are confirming the exact difference on each one, so rather than hide them or guess, we have listed them here with a note. Call before you rent one of these and we will tell you precisely what you are getting.

The entrance is a keypad-controlled gate. You are given an access code when you rent. Current access hours are confirmed at the office — call and we will tell you before you drive out.
A 10×30 — 300 square feet, drive-up. It is the biggest space we rent, and it is usually the right answer for a three- to five-bedroom home or serious business and contractor storage.
Our smallest here is a 5×10 at $65 a month. If you need something smaller, our 8th Avenue property rents a 5×6 — see A-Thrifti Self Storage.
Almost all of them. There is an interior 5×15 listed as well. Each unit card above says which it is.
A few configurations are listed in our system with electricity. Voltage, outlet type, permitted use and whether power is included in the rate are being confirmed — please call and ask before you count on it.
It is a short drive east of campus, in the 76110 ZIP. For most students it is a quick trip rather than a cross-town haul.
Still not sure? Call the location nearest you and ask — you will get a person, not a phone tree.
